DINER REUNIONNAIS Rougail Saucisses October 17th

 

Although the dancing girls didn’t turn up, an excellent evening was had by all.   Michele, after having created table décorations,  with flowers and photographs of Reunion,  gave an enlightening brief about the island,  its attractions and chequered history.

     The Rougaill itself was flavoursome and plentiful and was much enjoyed to the accompaniment of a little red wine.
